I mis-read the article. I thought the one with the Chrome OS was the prototype. Embarrassed

It says it's still a prototype. Slates are good, but most guys I talk to still like the tablet so they have the option of the keyboard. One of the best devices was the HP TC1100 which allowed the keyboard to detach.

I'm afraid you're right Marcel.  Threre is nothing in the rural areas that shows any signs of life.  I'm having to ponder taking work somewhere else, but I'm afraid to think about that due to having to possibly sell my house!  Yuck...

I was doing some private repairs and that died for a couple of weeks and HI's died a month ago and no calls or hits at all. 130 homes for sale in my community of about 5000. Over 237 homes forsale in Waterville of about 15-20000 pop..
I don't think it will get better this year Casey.

Marcel, I feel your pain.  The market here in MN is deads-ville too.  I'm struggling to get anyone to even call off my website, and all the realtors are encouraging sellers AND buyers to bypass the inspection.  Talk about beating my head against a wall!

Well, hope I don't get blown to Canada by storm Earl, it is on the way and possible to hit the coast of Maine.
I am about 60 miles inland, but we could get damaging winds.

Hi Clint,

This is my personal feeling, so take it for what its worth. There are a few things out there that scream "NEWBIE" like listing the COE, saying you are insured, and saying that you report the "good" things along with the defects.

Things like the COE, my inspection agreement, standards of practice, and a few marketing pieces are always sent to the client in a confirmation email along with a few marketing documents. These same documents are also part of my report presentation binder for the client.

Having said that, NJ has their own SOP which we are required to make accessible to the client, so a web page is a good idea. I wouldn't even have that if I didn't have to.

Sounds easy enough, doesn't it? Smiley

My problem is I haven't found WHERE to upload the file.

Did you copy the block of code into the SOURE area of your site?  Then you just need to upload your mp3 and enter the file location for it where the source says to put your filename.
