I have had a couple of clients who accidentally deleted their upload link email that directs them to their finished reports.  Their spam blocker will sometimes also block that email also.  I have had to give them my user name and password to log on to get their reports because I do not know what the link email says.  I would like to see, the inspector, get an emailed copy of the same report retrieval email sent to the client at the same time the client does.  In that way, when clients do not "get" the emailed link, we can re-email them the link email that they were supposed to have gotten or saved.

Awesome idea Robert, Ill take care of it this weekend as soon as I finish converting the beta version here to mac.

Also if a client says it ended up in spam please ask them to mark it as not spam and email me their address so I can contact their email provider and complain.

Hi Robert,

Idea implemented. Same day service Grin Test it out. Now when you submit a report, the email that you receive as an inspector will include the link the client got too. See my test below:
