I added additional bedrooms and bathrooms with the edit template button.
They appear on the bottom  when I Generate the report.  Is their a way to
move them to the category that they belong too ?

Yup! Click on Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order. You can move the sections up/down as well as uncheck the sections you don't want to print.
