When I click and save a report I see around twenty report titles.
When I click open inspection there are less.
Why is that?
They both have the heading Client reports.

You're actually looking at 2 different things.

When you click preview report and type in a name you are JUST saving the pdf report. The pdf is the file your emailing for printing out and is in the Client Reports folder.

When you click open/save inspection you are dealing with the HIP client inspection file that allows you to save an inspection and reopen it at a later date and make changes. The inspection data is saved in Client Data. They are actually two different folders.

Does that make sense?

Yup reports are in C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Client Reports on XP machines. Vista will sometimes store them elsewhere.
