I had no problem with the first report but now I'm working on another report and whenever I click on "Photos - Add/Review Photos" or "Photos - Batch Add Photos", a page with photos from the other report shows up on the screen.  What am I doing wrong here?
Thanks a lot.

Sounds like you had another inspection open and hit Open Template to start your new inspection. Open Template currently leaves the photos as we had inspectors in the past that would forget to open their template and would put time into their photos first then lose that info when clicking open template. Click on Photos->Clear All Photos and it will clear the photos so you can batch add yours.

That did the trick.  I saw the "Clear All Photos" option but I was afraid to try that.  Thanks.

You should just open a new inspection, then would not need to clear anything.
Be sure to save the other report and rename the new one if you are over writing.

If Dom and his clones are busy feel free to ask me .
Have done 100s of Inspections with HIP.

The key is to always save your inspections especially if they are long.
Make a duplicate with a different name or it will just overwrite .

I have lost a few over the last couple years by somehow losing all the pictures.
Saving insures that never happens by doing it during the report.
