Title: My next fpe panel Post by: Sean Fogarty on November 04, 2009, 08:29:32 PM This panel was just plain garbage. FPE or not, it was in poor shape. I did an inspection for a woman who inherited a house. Checking the plugs in the bedrooms, many were wired backwards and had open grounds. The lady that owned the house walked by and said "everytime we plug somthing in that outlet it trips the breaker" I just looked at her and said "imagine that!"

Title: Re: My next fpe panel Post by: Sean Fogarty on November 07, 2009, 06:35:01 AM Jay, It was outside. There are plenty of outside panels here, but I don't know if the stab locs were ever ment to be used outside. I guess when I see somthing in that poor of shape I don't explore too much. SOme of the contacts must have been very poor, because the lights of my tester would glow dimmer and brighter. I have never seen that before.
