Whoever can take a crap in a box of nails has some cat like balance. Do you use 1 truss with both feet or 2 trusses? Do you hold the box up or do you just aim and hope you don't poop in the insulation?

Wow, Davin, how could that go unnoticed when lived in? Submit that in the best defect pic award.

Davin - my outhouse inhouse had a distinct, associated aroma (odor) which took me a while but I finally found. Is this an occupied house? Didn't the people think something just might have been amiss? Wow!

Not sure how, but the ground had a lot of sand so most of the water was going through. But I was a little suspicious when the water company turned the water on, the well can the valve sits in was full of water. Not sure if that is where it came from, but all that water has to go some where.

It has been empty since June, but they lived there since 2006

Looks like a toxic waste dump now. Can the house be salvaged without infecting the new occupants with something exotic?

There was some possible microbial contamination on the wood. As for the other, not sure, I just recommended evaluation.... I'm not even sure who would do that.

Was this last one in a crawlspace? What about the first one?
