I used the credit card the other day for a client for the first time. I like it. If I had inexpensive internet on my phone I'd use that on location. Today a client came to another inspection to pick up her report. This was the second inspection for her--she didn't buy the first house (thank God for HIs) and I offered her the opportunity to use her card since she didn't have cash/checkbook. I gave her the report and told her to mail me the money. She came back 30 minutes later with a check. So, the CC would have worked again. It was just the gesture I guess.

How soon has anyone received the notification email once a Credit Card payment has been made? I did a test yesterday but have yet to get either email (I should get two since I paid myself).
I called First National yesterday, but the girl was not very helpful.
I just want to know if I should be trying to track down a potential problem or not.

Hmmm I don't know what the time lag is, but it seems to work fine for me. Have you tried going into your account and double checking your email address?

Yep, the addresses are good (both) and I checked the spam folder on my ISP for both accounts and it isn't there either.
Looks like I need to make a couple of calls.....

There's 2 emails. There's an email that comes from our server that goes to you and the client. If you're not getting it add payments@homeinspectorpro.com to your contacts. You can also setup within payfuse to email you as well. I have had one other guy say he's not getting emails upon purchases either but everyone else seems to be fine. If adding to the contacts doesn't work then I'll create an email account for you on our server and we'll see if it works sending to that. Dominic |

I checked the Graymail (spam) folder on my ISP server, for BOTH accounts, and neither of them has the email. It looks like they never reached my ISP server.

They're definitely getting to the ISP, your ISP is just blocking them BEFORE it gets to you. Can you send an email to their support address and ask if they are blocking emails originating from 72.36.234.42 or 72.36.234.43? If they ask you any other specific questions, let me know.
