Not bad. Instead of 2 pictures of you and 3 InterNACHI logos, I'd get some pictures of a house, maybe a REALLY bad problem or two which you can get from http://www.nachi.org/gallery . Then just leave one pic of you and the logo. You also need to add some more color. I like the Credit Card logo on there, nice move!

I'll definitely look into that.  I was thinking of ways to try and get good working pics and stuff like that.

Those are great fliers/brochures John!  One thing I noticed, under "My Promise," is that the words "Choosing the right" are slightly larger than the rest of the type print.  If that is the portion of the phrase that you want to set off, why don't you bold it?  A little bold here and there draws the eye.  Not much to suggest - Dom's suggestions, as always, are great.  Go with that too!

For my brochures in realtor's offices, I have little plastic stands to hold them.  Sometimes they get swiped by other, very scrupulous, inspectors, so I write all over them with a Sharpie and have my card glued to the front.  It works to keep off the thieves.

Actually Jay, I hadn't noticed the size difference.  lol  Smiley  I'll make that change.  And I've started looking into those holders.  I think I'll get some at some point.

John - since Move In Certified is one of your services, you might bold that too in the verbiage.

Also, and I don't mean to sound unkind, right beside your phrase "We perform our inspections to a higher standard," and under "My Qualifications," you have a photo of a toilet.  You might want to rethink that picture image.

You could end up being the butt of many realtor jokes (THAT was tongue in cheek).

Find another photo that has a defect (water heater not on a drip pan, PVC without purple primer), that is in the photo, but not obvious.  Under the photo you can add the caption "What's wrong with this picture?"  People would then spend some time with your brochure, and might even call to tell you what the answer is!  There's your shot to set up an inspection...

Okay another fix on the flier.  Oh and if anyone wants to use these fliers I can email you the word file.  A word of caution though, if your not a NACHI member you will need to remove all NACHI stuff as you wont want to get into that kinda trouble!

Looking good! Have you tried putting some sort of colored border around the entire thing? Just curious what it would look like.

No I hadn't.  I was trying to think about a way to add some color.  I'll see what I can come up with on the border.
