I do not quote code but there looks to be some issues with this panel as the main breaker is severely rusted and there also looks like a double tape.

I would call out a sparky to review and suggest updating ad the panel is antiquated in my opinion.

I agree with David, recommend upgrade as I see to many issues with this panel. Such as, no protection from buss bar, Mian area is exposed and is not isolated from breaker area.
