I came across this site today that had used tablets for pretty good prices. I have never done business with these guys and know little about them. But the prices look good (these are used tablets). The machines are business leases that ran out.
I did give them a call and asked if I could get a discount rate for my users and they said they'd give free shipping which is usually $35. That means almost 10% savings. The warranty on all machines is 30 days but for $75 they give you a year warranty (not a bad deal). So if you call them mention that Dominic from Home Inspector Pro sent you and that they said you'd get free shipping.
