Where Are Beta Software Updates

I purchased HI recently and noticed that the released version is 2.5.5.  I am running version 2.5.6 (MAC) which appears to be the Beta Version.  I do not have a problem with this because I like to work with Beta releases.  My question is I see that there is a Beta Version 2.5.6.2.  Where is this update located?  Is this an update to my Mac version or the windows version?

Hi Robert,

The beta versions aren't publicly available as we don't want people who don't understand what Beta is to accidentally install it.People who have asked get added to the beta team and then receive direct links to the beta version when I release them. I will be happy to add yourself to the team. The current public mac version released on the website is actually a version above the windows version. This was because we needed to release a fix to get the program to work properly on the new Mac OS.

I'll include you on the next email out about the beta version. The current version has an issue or two as I rewrote the entire Bulk Add Photos to allow people to run it multiple times, and it has an issue I need to resolve first. I hope to finish today or tomorrow.

The betas usually come out for Windows first and then follow a few days later for the mac.

Have you released the new MAC version yet. I have been a little lax during the Christmas week and never looked for it.

I released the windows version today so depending on the feedback I should have the mac version in a few days.

What is the karma about?
