Bullets in the summary, NEED OPINIONS!!

I'm cleaning up the summary section in regards to the relatively new separators , Bullet & New Line + Bullet. In the summary the New Line + Bullet did not have a bullet next to the first item since it didn't in the report, this has been changed. Now the summary has a bullet in front of all lines when using the New Line + Bullet feature.

Here's the question. If you're only using the bullet as the separator, should there be a bullet in front of the first item in the summary, or should it just start with the first item?

By the way. My opinion is that it should be there because if you use a combo of New Line + Bullet, and just Bullet it makes a clean line of bullets down the summary page. Otherwise some items would have it and some wouldn't. But HIP is YOUR program, so let me know
