Can you explain a little more what you mean? I have it on my list to allow an export (.csv file) that you can use to import into outlook. Is that what you're referring to?

Scott, can you explain what exactly you mean by linking? You want to be able to export/import, or do you want to click on a user and their email opens in outlook?

I didnt look down at your post for your future plans. I am not bzy enough to worry about the link to .csv but it would be nice. I have found that no one really makes client entry easy from the call to schedule through all the documents, quick books, and a thank you card.
