I would like to be able to have the option of setting up the client data and then inserting into the template. The contract, client data, address book would be separated from the template and then be able to be inserted when needed.

My reasons, I edit my template daily and just recently went to a room by room vs a system by system.

I have my inspections booked at this time one a day and sometimes 2.

I like to send out an email with the contract the day ahead.

So my report today is at 4PM. I need to send out contract to tomorrows report so that one is created. Now any changes on todays report will not be on the one for tomorrow.

Now if I could just add the client info I could use to just send out contract and then add it to the template when todays report is finished and I have made my changes.

Sound confusing, not really.

Hey Dave,

I already have this on the to-do list, it was you who first suggested it Smiley

If I could add to this.
Would be nice if the Docs went back to the template original.

My Introduction letter of course changes starting with the greeting.

Hi Tom

Then if I go back it is changed permanently.
Make sense ?

In other words the change should only effect that report and not all future reports in the same way comments revert to template original .

How about:

Hi $ClientName1

That way you don't need to change them each time Smiley Look up the variables in the beta section. There's a dozen or so you can use.
