Ok
I'm working theme 15 right now and want to make the side panels smaller so the content in the middle takes up most of the page, is this possible?

Thanks Rick

Theme 15 only has a right side panel. It has a minimum size set but will auto expand if you add large items to it. So make sure you don't add any large photos or widgets to the sidebar. I like the header by the way, looks great!

Hey Dominic

Thanks, it's a work in progress--I never thought creating a website was so intense! What I want to change is the amount of blue sidebars and make them smaller. I did that with one theme, but I can't remember which one. Is there a way to reduce the blue field on both sides?

Thanks

Oh I see. This is a fixed width theme as most of them are. Website images are not expandable on the web (you can do some tricks using patterns). That's one of the reason there's a problem with web based reports (larger monitor = smaller picture). This means that if you have an image at the top of the site you can't make wider columns. The images in most themes are set to 800 pixels wide as when we made the themes a few years back around 40% of people still used 800x600 monitors. Now it's dropped to around 10-15% so we started adding wider themes. We have 12 more themes in the works and they're all designed for 1024 pixel wide.

There's a few themes that only have an image centered or part of a repeating pattern like in 3 or 26. These auto expand.

Hey Dominic

Can I use my site as an email destination or is email not incorporated into the themes?
