What program are you using that has your report split into 3 parts? I'm assuming that means your pictures are not within the report either itself and are at the end?
You have a few solutions. You can merge them into a single PDF using a pdf merge program (search downloads.com). Or you can repeat the steps in this thread several times and add additional text that you'd be highlighting and setting for each portion.

Thanks Dom. Merging them into a single PDF worked. But I've really gooned something up. When I'm signed in, Sample Report doesn't show up in the Navigation area. Click Content in your admin menu and click the Sample Report page and edit. Make sure the page has published checkedat the very bottom and the people allowed to view the page has none of the boxes checked (which allows all)

The sample report page that I see you created has no menu title which is why it's not appearing. There is also no link, just normal text on the page. Make sure to highlight the text before clicking the link button.

Hi Dom,trying to upload my SOP out of my documents; i drop dowm reports, click browser, find file, click upload, it starts uploading but seems to freeze?

Hi Dale,
How large is the report? If you see it on the list then it's uploaded, you just click Add next to the file name and follow the rest of the steps.

That's a HUGE file. The files are limited to 5 megs each. What inspection program are you using that creates that massive of a report? It would take someone on dial up about 30 minutes to download your sample report and about 5+ minutes on DSL. In comparison, Home Inspector Pro's average report size is 1.5megs. Try to find a smaller report or a way to reduce the size.

Pretty old thread, I know...BUT...if I've got a couple sample reports I'd like to post (older home, newer home, etc.) do I need to create new pages for each, or can I get them all on one page?

Ok, figured the adding several reports on one page. When I go to the drop down menu to select "Other", there is no "Other" option. Only URL, Link to anchor, or Email. Which do I select?

Nevermind, I got it finally. Just watched the International Space Station go over my house...second time we've seen it, we also saw it go over last summer w/ the shuttle right behind it! Pretty cool!
