Has anyone used http://inspectapedia.com/ for research and reference? At first glance, it seems like a good site. I was wondering if it is regarded in the same respect as Wikipedia,as fairly unreliable.  |

Looks good to me so far. Looks like the difference here is that a company has put this together were as wikpedia anyone can add anything to it.

Brian, I just looked into their directory and didn't see your name or site. Maybe there is a lag in adding names or a missed step in the adding process.

Yes, good site. Not at all like wikipedia, you can't just edit a page on a whim.
I think, by it's design, that's it's by the inspect-ny guys.

I embed their links into my reports all the time. Particularly the information on Zinsco and FPE electrical service equipment. Once the buyer and agents get a look at those links, no more arguments....
