How do I fix copied information

Dominic,

I copied the standards of what is inspected from the http://www.btr.state.az.us/regulations/home_inspectors.asp
into my web site. If you look at my site http://www.quantumhomeinspections.com under what is inspected and scroll down you will see blue outlined red boxes with the text inside. I was able to change the font size to smaller but can not figure out how to get rid of the color change and the blue outline. I have NO idea about code so looking at the source code means little to me.
If possible, could you look at it and figure out what I need to do to fix it.

Hi Jeff,

Try clicking the paste from word button and chec the box the remove the syle and format. If that doesn't work, copy it to notepad first to strip all the html then paste it back to the site.
