Is it possible to add a blank line between the descriptions and the observations?

As of right now, no. I don't think that's been suggested before. It would add a few pages to the report but shouldn't be too difficult to add as an option.

Even a half line space would be nice, if there is such a thing Smiley

I am wondering if the spacing issue has been looked at? I think that there needs to be more options for spacing in the software. Things look to bunched up in different sections. I consider myself a professional and would like my reports to reflect that.

The only additional spacing I add is on the cover page between the "cover page image" and the first lines of text which is the property address. It provides the balanced look I require.

I am sorry but that is not good enough. I can not believe that is that best answer that you can give.

Hi Micheal,

The Dan you were responding to was another inspector who was trying to be helpful, not a HIP employee.

What type of spacing are you referring to? There's are lots of spacing options within the program so what you need might already be there, or you might be referring to something else we can discuss and add.

I would still like to see a space between the descriptions and observations. It wouldn't add any length to my reports because I would just omit the description text line. I have been playing with putting just a period or an underscore in the description text box, but it does not look visually appealing.

Have you tried putting a space in the description text box?
