wasn't sure whether to post this in structural or jokes? I did this inspection last month, and found no structural issues whatsoever. The rear footings are in the creek bed. It's a first for me! Thought it was quite a conversation piece.

Wow, maybe we need a houseboat section! I'd hate to see that place when the creek swells. Was there a lot of water damage?

no water damage and no moisture problems in the crawlspace. While in the crawlspace on the creek side, you can actually hear the water flowing on the other side! House was built in mid 50's, and had never gotten flooded. I was amazed!! Shocked
