I'm thinking about using the ISN option for doing my reports. It looks like once the client logs in to retrieve the report, they are able to see the other reports that are there!?!?!? Is this the way it is?

Has this happened to you? It should only let them see their report. Go to the help desk and submit a ticket.

No it hasn't happened. I was going through the demo and thats what it seemed like to me. Do you use this? How has it worked for you so far?

I do not use it. But I know that Dominic is very proactive with his programming. I can't imagine that it would allow others to see reports they should not see. Why don't you try a live test. Upload a few sample reports, and follow the procedure to notify the client but use your email for the notification and see if you can view both reports or only the report you have given permission to be viewed.

I am sure Dom or Dan will post here and explain the process and answer your questions.

No, they only can see their own reports. Agents can see all reports done for them. The same carries for HIP or ISN.
