Ok, all loaded up with 3.1.2 of Mobile and HIP...for some reason, it didn't load my template when I logged in.
I'm assuming it's because I have a temp license???

You must upload the templates again. I removed all the old ones due to the huge changes in the new update. Make sure you uninstall the old version too.

A thought, or maybe question...since inspectors are creatures of habit...I noticed that when you go to the "Client Info" tab before the "Inspect" tab, you're kind of hosed. I like to fill out some of that info first, since I generally get it in the phone or email contact. Not a huge deal, but I can see how it might really screw someone up (like me) if you're used to doing things "in order"... |

The issue probably had to do with your username's case sensitivity. Uninstall the app and install the latest. Then try logging in again. Let me know if you can download the template after this. If not, I might need to adjust the case of your username.

Dom, can we delete all of the templates that were downloaded to our phone when we were testing? I.E., I've got 2 copies of Default, Res. 1 and Res. 2 on my phone still.
Not to mention, I'm still missing my template...doh!

Delete from phone was added in 3.1.10. Delete from server (which I think is what you mean) is coming soon.
You need to copy the template off your real computer onto your test machine so you can upload it! Or put 3.1.4 on your normal machine.
