Cool beans Dom. Justed wanted to know where to post since im dying to use it. Still can figure out how to start it up. Ive DLd HIP and a template so im not really sure how to get the phone to sync. I attached the phone to my usb and still nothing happening. I got an inspection on sunday id like to use it on. Really like HIP by the way im gonna buy it. The boss/accountent aka wife gave me the go ahead lol

Do you have HIP 3.1 install on your desktop? If so, click the Mobile Sync button along the top right.

I think the trail version of HIP desktop does have sync..i''ll try when i get home.

Yes, it does. Keep in mind that HIP 3 installs over HIP 2...I'm finding this out right now, trying to get a report to not say "License Expired" all over the place!

I can assure you that once some of the minor bugs are fixed, the Android HIP is going to be the best thing in our solar system!
I've been trying it out on my HTC EVO 4G phone and really think this is pretty cool! Just slide and click... slide and click. Sync between your computer and the phone (in just a matter of seconds)... finalize and tweak the report if you need to, and done! I'm sure on a full blown tablet it is going to be even more impressive!
I found it really easy to use with very little instruction/direction... so when this is officially released you all are going to be literally FLOORED at this newest version of HIP.
Kudos go out to Dominic and team yet again for never ceasing to amaze me with their talent and abilities.

Bill's right...I've only messed around with mobile some on my own place, but it's great. Dom just told me last night about the voice feature, so I've got to try that! HIP is by far the best company I've ever worked with...now, about those cookies...hmmmm... |

oh i think the free trial is version 3.0 and DOESNT have a sync button. I still cant see one anywhere. I have an inspection tomarrow and want to try this out. Is it only 3.1 that has the mobile sync?

Shane, I don't think Dom is ready for the mobile app to be public yet. Better check with him before you use it on any inspection other than tests.
