Did The Hover function get Confused or is it me?

Hi Guys,
As usual it's probably something I have done, but when I add a comment which contains a drop-down list and I hover over it, the comment list only shows up as a single > in the comment.  In other words if I added <<LOC>> in a comment the hover only comes back with >.  Am I doing something I shouldn't?

That's a bug in the exact scenario you described. The  <> are messing things up. I'll take a look at it.
