Lost Admin Menu

I was attempting to remove the Idaho iNACHI chapter info from my main page, I changed tempates and lost my admin menu to http://www.poconointernachi.org/ 
 

Anyone else ever have this issue .... or am I the only non techie Polack here

Looks like you switched your Navigation bar to the content block. It needs to be in the left or right side. I fixed it for you. In the future if that happens, just log in to your site, click on Blocks and look for the Navigation menu and change it's location.

Uggg, I still don't see an admin menu even after a hard refresh.

Oh, you've set yourself up with a personal theme rather than changing the entire site theme. Click on Edit on the screen you're looking at, then change your theme to the one that says default next to it ( I think it's 9). Then go to Themes in the admin menu (I just put it back for you from the blocks menu /admin/blocks) and change the theme so everyone sees it. Changing it under the edit menu like you have is so you can test a theme before making it public.
