Hi David,

Click on the Edit Comments button which changes the ratings area on the left of each section in to Edit Mode. Then just click the Add button and type in your new comment Cheesy

David

I started using HIP about 6 weeks ago.

It has taken me awhile but I have learned that each inspection is its own.

You can do whatever you want to it and save if you hit save inspection. Do not hit save template unless you want the change for all reports.

I found the save inspection useful when talking to Dom about creating a separate template for a condo. I only needed the deck/porch/exterior faucets and GFCI. So I copied to report and saved report. I did not save template.

Worked nice and saved time on that report.

I would think I have probably been one of the more difficult and time consuming clients Dom has had. Roll Eyes

Haha, you haven't been that bad. The guys who ask the most questions do tend to be guys who switch from another program though as they are used to things working in a particular fashion so they are in one mindset. HIP was created from scratch, directly from inspector input from day 1 so it works differently than most other programs.
