If it's for commercial use, I think it would be better if you get stock photos from websites like istockphoto.com or gettyimages.com. Or maybe you can shoot some yourself, or have somebody do it for you, so you can have the exact image you're looking for.

Here's a PVC one from an inspection I did a month ago. It's a little bright, but the HIP contrast will correct it some.
