Believe me I understand. I designed my site from scratch and work on it basically everyday. Always tweaking something and constantly working on search engine crap. My wife calls it my work in progress and there really is no end to it... |

Todd, a couple things I noticed:
1) You misspelled the word "Mitigation" here: "including 4 point and wind midigation and pool and spa inspections."
2) Make sure you check all your punctuation. Lots of missing apostrophes and commas in the italicized section.
3) Misspelling: "Licensing requiremrnts include"
4) "Im not a franchise. If you need a question answered, its me. If you have a problem, its me. Need rescheduled? Is me. I can be flexable and responsive to your needs." - Not sure if you want to reword this or not. Maybe "Need to reschedule?" would be better. "Is" should be "It's" and "flexable" should be "flexible".
Don't take this as picking your site apart! I know how it goes; only so many lines of text can be scanned before you start to go loopy! I used to proofread papers in college, so it's kind of a habit for me. Otherwise, the site looks very good, nice and clean.

I'd change this: "I have passed Florida’s strict guidelines for licensing and am a Licensed Professional Inspector. " It makes you sound like you just passed it. Saying you're a licensed Florida inspector is good.
You have several images in the center of your site like your picture and the CRI image that are vertically stacked. Put them side by side instead to take up less room on your site.

You need to add your phone number to the top of every page. Put it in a block on the side or add it directly to the content. VERY important.

I was reading your front page and read, in my opinion, a few things that just didn't flow right.
Ill e-mail you and your realtor, if you give me permission, a copy of the inspection within 24hrs. Flow issue I maintain inspections for at least 5 yrs so if you ever need a copy for whatever reason within that time frame Ill have it and will be happy to provide it.This is a nice thing, but is it a benefit that separates you from the rest? In other words, is it worth making your front page longer to include it?

I stand corrected. Drew, you are right. A little professional arrogance is needed to seperate yourself from others. On some sites I feel they over killed themselves. But thats just me. I try to think like a potentail client "is this guy to much or not enough". Anyway, when I finally get my site up and running I hope everyone chimes in.
