Hi Dom,
I think it would be great to split the variables of $ClientName1 and 2 into first name and last name on both, since generally by the time I write the report, I am on a first name basis with the clients, and in my intro letter on the inspection report it looks like this:

Dear Frank Macak,
It was .....  ...........................kind of a silly format , and I cannot get around it.
