Under cut doors

Do you find a lot of new homes with the doors not under cut to let the return air back to the return in the hall?

I would have to be honest and say I personally do not do a lot of new construction, but now that you bring it up I will pay attention to the doors.

This would not be an issue if the rooms have cold air returns as most due in my area. Only the half baths seem to be unheated.
