Hi Guys-
Can anyone explain how or when tabs wrap to a second row in Windows? Can you control it (and of course how)?
Thanks,

Bob,

If I understand your question properly then in regard to the tabs I create a shorter title to accommodate space and therefore eliminating the 2nd row.

We need all the screen we can get when using a small computer in the field.

So my tabs are shorter on pages with numerous tabs.

Like General Information would be Gen/Info
Overhead Garage doors would be OH Drs or OHdoors
Drain waste & vent is DWV.

Anything you can do to shorten them and be able to understand what it is for.

The tabs are just for us and no one else sees them as you already know.

Am I following your question properly?

Hi Dave--

Thanks for the quick response--

Tiny screens and tiny tabs make poor bedfellows for us old guys with bifocals--A second row only adds a line, and if I can read the darn things better by having them a little larger it seems to help, especially if I knew how they work so I could create a second row if I wanted--

It wraps when there's not enough room to fit them all on one row. It you want to force it to wrap you could add some spaces before and after the title names. They aren't used in the report itself so they'd have no other affect.
