Hi Guys--
I've got a bunch of comments from various inspection software programs that I want to incorporate in various sections of my Template.  Most of them are in Word.  Is there a way to copy and add these comments into the appropriate comments areas of my Template or do I have to re-do them all?  Most of the simple stuff I've tried doesn't seem to work.  I usually give out a set of steak knives to the first "how to" responder, but Dom already got them from my last question and I only had one set--Sorry--

Thanks,
DrBob

Hi Bob,

Hopefully a good set of Knives, not the plastic kind like I got last time Smiley

Copy from the other program (highlight and hit CTRL-C) then in HIP click on ADD on the left side of the section you want to ad the comment to, click in the edit box and click CTRL-V to paste. You can then click Add Another if you have another in the same section to add.

Hi Bob
Good Name.
I often open reports in PDF  and side by side with my open template.
I them simply drag the comments from the PDF ,over to the template.

Hope this helps as it seems better than all the clicking.

Thanks for the valued input, Bob-
As I always remind people I meet, I'm Bob with one "O"--(more than that gets you in trouble-Boob, Bobo, etc.)--Funny true story about "Bob"--Back in like '91, the town of Avon, Colorado built a pedestrian bridge across one of the many streams which criss-cross the mountains here in Colorado--They decided they needed to name the bridge and put it up to a town vote--Some idiot submitted the name "Bob" and the town overwhelmingly voted that as the name of the bridge!  I don't know if they still celebrate the occasion, but I know when I went up there in the summer of '92 they had started an annual "BOBFEST" festival commerating the opening and naming of the bridge--They had "Bobbing for Apples", a "Bobeque", "Bobsledding" (without snow), etc,etc--When you walked out on the bridge all you heard was--"Hi Bob, Hi Bob, Hi Bob"...from strangers named BOB--I've got a couple a tee shirts from the event--One shows a traffic yield sign that says "Yield (to Bob)", another says "Parking for BOB Only"--Nuts.  I also have a pictue next to a genuine Colorado rad sign that identifies the name of the bridge as "Bob". Show me a Jack, John, or Dom that can claim that kind of fame! Us Bobs have that market completely cornered! Grin Grin Grin
