Hello

I am new and testing the software. I have examined a number of reports (thank you for posting) and I am presently putting together my own template. I am unable to find the standard verbage many of you use as an introduction, which incorporates disclaimers. If someone could nudge me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, I have downloaded some of the sample templates a la Dominic's direction into data (I use windows) however, I am not able to access them on HIP--any sugestions?

Thanks in advance
Rick

Hi Richard,

Welcome to the site!

All the intros are under Edit Documents. There's an animated tutorial you can look at on the top of our site that goes over this as well.

Internet Explorer 8 has been having fun trying to convert our file type and Vista/7 security can cause issues. When saving the file make sure the file type says All Files. If that doesn't work, save it to your desktop first and then copy it to C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data . Then within HIP click on Open Template.

If you have any other questions, let us know.
