Trustwave is scanning my website for PCI compliance and we are failing!
We NEED to take credit cards on our site, but they are charging us 20.00 a month until
we fix the issue.

They say there are issues with  "ISC BIND 9 Remote Dynamic Update Message Denial of Service Vulnerability" ...

Has anyone ever heard of this?

Is this something I can fix, or an issue with the web server?

There's no need any more. All scans are being stopped (there's a few left that they haven't turned off). You can safely ignore the message. There's no more fines either. Just make sure you fill out the yearly questionaire and you're good to go. I'll email you and CC the bank just to make sure they've modified your account.
