With over a million people leaving CA every year, for any of many good reasons, land should be cheap there, but you would have to be able to sell it to somebody one day. And with fewer and fewer paying taxes, the taxes paid by the poor schmucks left in the state will only increase. The state is going down. I would consider AZ or UT.

LOL. Stephen Stanzyck already set me up with one. Sorry John Dominic, do you need a good home inspector? You pay to get me there, and I won't charge you anything for the inspection. I might even do a good job for you LOL, J/K. I am sure you could do your own inspection at this point.

If you happen to miss your high CA taxes, and long for the over regulation, there is always NJ.

Hey Drew - I just did an inspection today for a guy fleeing New Jersey's taxes. The thing that got him the most excited about Virginia is our concealed carry permit laws! I showed him my card and he just lit up! I invited him down to the NRA range and he about split!
