Ok, that block had the Input Filter set to PHP. I set it back to Full HTML and you should have access now. Double check that any blocks you create are left at the default Full HTML for the filter. Let me know if there are any other blocks with this issue.

Several of the blocks have the same issue. I have the same issue on Dwayne's site also, but since I can't get to the editor on  any of them, I can't change to full HTML.

I see the issue. It's just what that block was set to. Delete the block and create a new one and you'll be fine. If you find any others like that, let me know.
