Marcel, you got the heat wave we had late last week.  Yesterday it was in the mid 70's at 7 AM, down to 55 by 5 PM, and 40 this morning!  Relief is on the way!

60 here today, no rain for last 2 weeks and none in sight, I should plant cactus and replace lawn with rocks and tumble weeds.

Most likely no good rains until September. Now it rained hard 1 mile South of me, 2 miles east but I am in the heights and the lake effects the weather patterns, Storms die out before the find my yard or start east of me.

Oh well!!

Still at the ship yard, New Union contract last week signed by all. Not much money in the next 4 years though.

Well, I won't be there after 4 years anyways. ha. ha.

Yep, Inspection last Saturday, first one this year. 

Just my luck, a crawl space, an electrical panel I had never seen before and the trailer piped with PB.
Oh well, this was a referral and if he doesn't buy, will want another one.

Tommorrow, I have the first Foundation Cert Inspection- (HUD manufactured home).
Remember I had asked you about that a few months ago. I had seen on your site you were also hooked up with Harrison Engineering.
Actually this is my second lead for HUD foudation cert. The first one is still trying to get the finacing approved, so hopefully it will still go thru.
Both leads were from my site though, not directed from them.

Nice to hear Joe. I haven't done one yet. I did inspect one last week with no tie downs but they all go through a Manufactured Housing Dealer to get a cheaper design.

Just checked and after 1-1/2 years, not working there, I am still on the website. 

Hey, on a different note;

I did a 30 minute inspection tonight and the card in my camera said " Memory Card is write Protected" when I turned the camera on.

How the hell does that happen and why.?

Glad I had a brand new one to spare in my truck.

Check the camera card for a tiny switch on the side. If it's there, flip it and then try the card again

I'll be dam, that was it. Now why in hell would you want a switch on something that small where you can't use it?

Glad to help That switch more importantly keeps you from deleting something off the card. So you would flip it to make sure you didn't accidentally erase data that was on there.
