That seems like a good start for the categories but they do seem to lean towards new construction more than inspection. What do you think?

Old or New Dom, I think any defect found on an inspection can be found to fit in any one of those catagories.
Foundations,slabs, (concrete), drywall, paneling,ceiling tile, (Finishes) and so on.

Well then, 6:00 should be fine. Everyone starts bringing their fixins at 6 ish or even before. We'll do the set up,
and you should be able to be their by 6:30 or so. The grub won't be served before 6:30 or so. So is it Wed or thursday?
