She sure did, good job buddy.
Thank you... This house was a literal iceberg... mostly little stuff, inexpensive repairs, really nice condition... until I entered the basement!!! I spent more time in the basement, than I did for the rest of the 2 story home, attic, detached garage, two decks, pergola, patio, etc... 4-1/4 hours... 360 pic's total. First time homebuyer... young single lady... I breathed a sigh of relief when I received her email. |

It wasn't, just had to route and tie together the right wires...it's just like Marcel's picture showed when I took a closer look at it.
Just a little "tickle" of a reminder to shut off the breaker though...lol...happened to bump a hot with my hand, glad it was a small reminder!

No, it was my fault Marcel...should have just shut it down...nothing new though, isn't the first rule of a using a brand new tool to remove all safety features for optimal performance??? Jobs are slim and none, hopefully we all start being busy again... |

And how are you doing this fine evening?
Hope you have some work, I am desperate over here to find something.
Talked to a realtor friend this morning, he is driving a bus. And listen to this. $17 an hour and medical insurance paid 100%. He said that if they told him that he would not get paid, he would continue to drive the bus just to get medical insurance for free.
Can't say I blame him. That is the killer right now at $450 a month on unemployment.
