Hi Casey, hope all is good with you buddy.
Been in the 60's and 70's and below normal lately, and lots of rain. The trees in my back yard starting to look like a jungle.
To bad to see and hear what is happening in Colorado Springs. Was on the news tonight.
Unreal destruction of homes.
I feel for all the people that lost their homes.

wow casey, i bet 98 is not the norm in your area! It's been hi 80's low 90's in WV, which is hotter than normal. Ain't complaining, though. I'm averaging 3-4 inspections per week, hope it stays this way. Granted, they are 40 miles away, but it sure beats sitting home waiting for the phone to ring, or going over the honey do list with wifee!!!  |

Mike, what do you charge for an 80 mile round trip? When I tell them I want .50 a mile and $50 dollars an hour for the travel, I usually loose it.

Of course!!! I was in the standby generator business for 20 years, and I always said the best insurance against loss of power is to buy a back up generator!!

Hey, hope all had a good weekend.
Dam it was hot here on Sat., 90 degrees. Stayed inside and took an 8 hour roofing course through Inachi. Excellent.
Mowing the lawn at 70 degrees on Sun. was a little better.
Hope the week is off to a good start.

Took the afternoon off to go to the Dentist.
Well my lack there of in the past years will now cost me $2,200 for 3 treatments to save my teeth and there is no guarantee.
Damn these guys don't work cheap.
Having two sessions done tomorrow.

I think it will be awhile before they adopt the 2012, hell, most places are still on 2006.
I bought the 2009 a couple of weeks ago just to stay close to what is being adopted around here.
