Hi guys how is it going it was hot here today 102 dry heat I doing about the same just dealing with back and leg issues is about it, I am thinking about maybe opening up shop again and see if I can do it. Nice to hear from you guys how is the inspections going good,slow?

Let's just say, I would not survive on Home Inspections alone Lou. But I do have one for Saturday and one more the following week.
Got one this week for the first time from my web site. Wow, after a year and a half. Oh well, take them when they show up.
Meanwhile, still working on the navy ships.

Don't sound to promising over in my neck of the woods there is no new home construction and the banks have tighten the purse strings on lending. Home sales are down 14% from last year oh well I will have to give this some more thought before I throw my hat back in the ring thanks...  |

I don't know if it's the linking or +1'ing I've been doing, (most likely both), but my Alexa numbers have changed drastically over the last few weeks !!! About a month ago, my Alexa was about 18M, this morning it is at 2.5M !!! Incredible change !!! Thanks to Dom and everyone who linked back and +1'd me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you my friend? Good to see you again! Have you considered "Mentoring" for a fee to other inspectors? I know there are a few in SoCal that are having trouble finding ride-alongs, as the competion is too paranoid of losing business.
