Snow starting to fly here in Minnesota...doesn't look like we'll get much, but some are looking at 6 or more inches!

Hangin in there Joe. Finishing up a new kitchen and it is a disaster like usual and hope to finish next week.
Got my job at the Naval Shipyard as a carpenter for the winter. No wood on a ship, so I don't have a clue what a carpenter does. ha. ha.

Drastic cut in pay, but will give me health benifets after 9 weeks which I need desperate.
Will work on side jobs on the weekend.
Just existing my friend.
No home inspections in quite awhile.

Marcel, good luck w/ the knew job. Since theres no wood for a carpenter, take your torch.    Also don't forget to duck thru the passage ways. They don't go with 6'8" heights on the ships I've seen. So why are inspections so slow in Maine? Is the Real Estate market that slow? Or are you not getting your piece of the pie, which I can't imagine w/ your expertise.

Casey, looks like ya'll are getting alot more than 6".

(CNN) -- While winter's start remains more than a month away, much of Minnesota and Wisconsin were under a winter storm warning Saturday, with some areas seeing almost a foot of snow.
As early as 10:30 a.m., 11 inches of snow had fallen in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, the National Weather Service reported.
Other Minnesota communities had seen 10 inches by midday, "So it's always a huge, huge mess."
Shortly after 5 p.m., the Minnesota State Patrol reported on its Twitter page that officers had responded to at least 401 crashes on Saturday, 45 of them with injuries.
