If you're a NACHI member, click on http://www.nachi.org/forum/f8/do-you-use-home-inspector-pro-39239/ to vote that you use Home Inspector Pro They started a poll over there to try and track the number of guys using the program. Right now we're at 43% of the market which is pretty good. Though I don't think it's really the best sample. I think we're actually lower as there's over 15 software programs out there!

It's definitely not fair. It should have a list of the top 5 programs. But someone was trying to make a point. Personally though I think it shows we're doing pretty well!!

Guess it is my fault Listen this software was unheard of a little over a year ago. If 30% are users and there are 15 competitors then the poll did its job. HIP is the biggest or almost there. Remember the name is out there and being seen so let them argue, as HIP has become huge in the Industry in a relatively short period of time.

It's your big mouth that helped make the program so big Bob Half of Chicago is using it now, hehe. I agree, I'm quite happy with 25% on there but it's settling around 45%. I appreciate all the kudos you guys give on the boards. We're working on reward program to get guys 3 months of upload service or website hosting when you refer a friend (still trying to figure out the best way to do this).

lol. I figure one is worth $75 which is good. Both would be quite a bit. Don't forget Uncle Sam + our advertising costs take up more than half of what we make when we sell each program.

They have good prices and since your site is already setup you'll be good to go. Plus he lives down the street so you can always go knock on their door!

Several mansions you mean? What does a mansion in AZ go for in today's market? Around $350k for 5,000 square feet?

You can buy one hell of a house 5-7K sf for the prices you quoted, North Scottsdale has not lost much value, lucky I guess...nice 5-8K sf in N. Scottsdale will still be 700-800K

Prices around here can vary wildly too. In the places that I've been looking, a 2500 square foot house runs 600k-900k (though I've been looking for a little land with it). The next city over the same house would cost $350k. I keep hoping they'll go down. With interest rates so low though, a lot of people are jumping back into buying homes.
