John sent me the download to see if that would solve the problem of my tablet freezing each time that I tried to scroll past the ratings. Looked good and when I tried it out it was fine for the attendance, when I clicked on the grounds it just kept buffering saying "saving inspection". Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks Scott, this looks great!! One suggestion I have is to change your header/footer format under Report Settings->Options so you still have page numbers. It looks like you went the white text route to hide the company name but the other header/footer format will still give you the text for page numbers.

I am a new user of HIP software and I want to thank serge for creating a similar design to the AHIT reporting system. AHIT is very poor when it comes to software but the report style has kept me going for over ten years. To all old AHIT users try Serge's template. Thanks again.
