1998 Ford Expedtion, she's a bit of a gas guzzler...but I own her!
Plenty of room for my tools and ladders and on occasion a place to review the report with the client with plenty of elbow room!
I saw on NachiTV a company has built "the Ultimate Home Inspector Vehicle", the thing was like a mini-bus with all the gadgets for only, I think it was close to $100,000.00

A TV was just an example, it can be anything and you only need to do it once a year. Plus it all gets written off.
Another good idea for your business and for your self is to talk to a financial advisor, best thing I ever did.

Ya, the signs don't need to be real big. You can get some plastic board and have vynil letters and logos printed up, attach them to some sturdy legs and vwola!
Hek if need, or want to do a lot of decal printing a plot printer runs about $2,000.00, do all your own decals and may be some for other companies.

As an extra bonus, if your camera has the function to record, each room you enter do a quick pan shot of the room and burn it to a disc and present it with the report. You should use discretion with this, like only taping houses that are empty. You can also put the report on the disc. Of course you should print your company info on the disc and jacket.

Buy three ring binders in bulk and put your company info on the front, put your reports in this binder and give them to your clients. Don't forget to put a few business cards in the inside. This is great for when they show family and friends.

I got one for before, during and after.
Yard signs with your company info, get with your realitors and ask to put them in the yards before and during an inspection. Then ask the client, after they purchars the house if you may put one in the yard for a few weeks.

Ha, My dad has his own business in DE, he makes glass wedding cake toppers and other hand sculptured glass items, he ships USPS all the time, I'm talking 12-15 packages three times a week. A
ny way he usually gets the evil eye whan he walks in because he gets to walk up the a empty part of the counter and place his stuff there and then walks out no matter how many people are in line, its kina funny.

AJ works
Been called Anthony and Tony... and a few other names I dare not repeat, I prefer King of the wooden ore, but AJ is easier to type.
Oh I like the Hamburg thing... we actually have a Hamburger Day.
If you go to You Tube and search Hamburg hamburger eating contest you can watch it.
