Even a half line space would be nice, if there is such a thing Smiley

Is it possible to add a blank line between the descriptions and the observations?
63  Web Site Design & SEO / Website Design Questions / Re: Having ISN Uploaded Reports Viewed On Website on: May 18, 2012, 05:19:35 PM
I am sure that I am missing the simplest thing. I have uploaded a report. When I email it to myself I get the ISN page with the report information. I do not see anything about accessing the report from my site. This is driving me crazy, because I know I am not doing something very simple.
64  Web Site Design & SEO / Website Design Questions / Re: Having ISN Uploaded Reports Viewed On Website on: May 18, 2012, 11:41:28 AM
I am at a complete loss on where to start.

I did this:

Log into Home Inspector Pro, click Account Information on the left and check the box to enable reports on your site and enter your URL.

I did this: see pic

I just don't know why I can't figure out what to do next. Also, now when I email reports to myself to view it is asking for a password and the ISN people say it is related.

OK, that's done. Is there a certain page that I need to activate? How do I preview this to see how it looks?

I remember discussion about this at the conference. I am trying to figure out what I need to do on the HIP side so my reports are viewed on my website.

I have checked the "Deliver my reports via my Home Inspector Pro web Site" tab in my ISN settings. Now what do I do?

That's exactly what I did  Wink Thanks

Dom you are right of course. I completely forgot that I moved my data folder.

Yes, my summary is at the end. I can include the document on the summary page, but if I pick to show before the summary page it goes to the front of the report. I have print at the end selected under options. I am sure this is something I did to myself as well I just cant figure out what I did.

Also none of the space formatting is when I produce a report. I copied the text to notepad and then into the HIP editor, but I cannot get the spacing to work.

Didn't know about that Macy merge until the conference. Already using it. It's great.

When I upgraded my HIP version I did not realize that all my documents would be lost. I have put them back in my template, but I am having trouble with the document for my Summary Page.

I want the document to show before the Summary Page. I selected "Include Document In Current Template Before Section: Summary" I left the box below unchecked because I want the document to show before the Summary Page and not on it.

The problem is that when I leave the box unchecked, it places the document at the beginning of the report and not before the Summary Page. I had it the way I wanted it on my previous template, but I cannot remember how in the heck I did it.

Any thoughts?  Tongue

I know your slammed Dom so when you have a chance. The issue I have is creating the initial Recall Chek data collection template. I can't scroll down to enter more than 4 appliances.

76  Home Inspector Pro Software / Home Inspector Pro & HIP Mobile Questions / Drop down list for pictures on: April 14, 2012, 06:04:20 PM
Up to now I haven't played with the caption function with the photos. First, how does it work? Is it using the narratives from the pertaining section.

Next, I have a lot of the same descriptions I use with the photos. Then the narratives go into further detail.

I was wondering if I could set up a drop down list for photo comments that I use regularly?

I did get the mobile version onto a Kindle Fire to test it out though. Grin

It shows the first item in the list, Bob. I have been playing with the mobile version since we spoke on the phone. I still can select comments that apply to issues I find, and then customize when I upload report. I guess I just didn't realize how much I incorporated the list feature into my template. Especially for materials, manufacturers, and even some conditions.

Will drop down lists be available on mobile versions in the future? I have incorporated so many lists into my template that I really seem limited by the mobile version as it is now. I really like how much time the lists have saved me on my desktop version.
