I've finished up the 2_6_4 Beta Version. You can download it at http://www.HomeInspectorPro.com/dmdocuments/HomeInspectorPro-2_6_4-Update.exe . Make sure Home Inspector Pro is CLOSED before you run this update file. Please give as much feedback about this beta version as you can. I'd like to compile the Mac beta version and get that released shortly as well.

New Feature: Photo Overlay. Allows you to overlay one image over another. This is perfect for infrared imaging as you can crop a portion of an infrared image then overlay it onto a normal picture of the area of interest. I'd like to see some samples using this feature. Please email me a few reports if you use this new feature and give feedback to it's ease of use.

Design Change: Edit Text box will always be centered on screen at any resolution.

Bug Fixed: When using header/footer option 2 text would occasionally overlap the bottom footer.

Bug Fixed: When going to Report Settings->Formatting the font options will show the actual fonts, colors & style currently being used, rather than reset to the default.

Bug Fixed: Single dot appeared with nothing after it when using Bullet + New Line as a separator, and only one item was chosen.

Bug Fixed: If there's only one red item in the summary and the bullet was the separator it wouldn't appear.

Bug Fixed: Zip/Postal Code for the client wasn't showing on the contract page.

Bug Fixed: Province/Suburb was showing before the city on the contract and cover page.

Bug Fixed: State was showing on contract even if not in the US
