You want to write a short sentence for the description while trying to get your keywords in. So for example your logo image could say. Space Explorations in Pueblo Home Inspection Logo. That way you've gotten 3 of your keywords into it. Do this for every image, it really helps with SEO!

since my URL is www.arrowepi.com and when I set up the Enviro section with more details on my website..what would be the best keywords for that section, Thermal, Environmental, audit inspection ...

Hmm, it really depends on what you expect people to be typing into their search engines. I would say I'd include energy savings inspection or home energy audit. The three you have are good too. You might even want to include something like 'how to save on gas bill', that way if people type that in they find you. Make sure to always include keywords within the body of your text too.
