Just fixed it. I didn't account for the new feature to add a document before the summary page when creating the summary and the table of contents. After I make a few more changes I'll upload a new beta this weekend.

I'll have it tomorrow or Sunday. I've take apart a few other things I got to put back together before I can create an update. Basically like taking the engine apart, fixing part of it, can't start the car until you put the rest back.
